Link Charms: Charms will be hooked in place on the chain so they charms will not slide around. (example on left side of photo below)

Dangle Charms: Charms will slide/ move around on the chain and hang at the bottom. (example on right side of the photo below)

Step 1: Pick out your Chain here and your Charm(s) here. You can add as many charms as you would like to your necklace! We recommend an odd number of charms for a "link" chain so there will be one charm centered.

Step 2: Once your chain & charms are added to your cart, at checkout, there is a box labeled "Leave a note". If you would like the charms in a certain layout, this is where you will tell me! If you leave this blank, we will design the necklace how we think it would look best:)

You can purchase the chains plain, but you cannot purchase charms without purchasing a chain.

All of our products are 14k gold filled. This means that 5% of each product contains real gold by weight. Our earrings are waterproof and tarnish free, and our necklaces are waterproof and tarnish resistant. Please remove your jewelry before getting in the shower for long lasting results!

Permanent Jewelry is a 14k gold filled or sterling silver piece of jewelry that is custom fit to you! The ends of the chains are welded together and therefore on "permanently" until you want to cut it off, creating a seamless, clasp-less look (we offer clasps for those that want to join the fun but cannot have jewelry on permanently). We can create permanent bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings, and handchains. Permanent jewelry pairs well with significant others, friends, and mothers as a “friendship” bracelet.

The chains and charms are 14k gold filled and sterling silver.

Yes! Lots of people want to join the fun of having a custom piece of jewelry, but cannot have it on permanent due to work, health issues, etc. You can add a clasp to any chain for $5.

We offer a 90 day warranty on all permanent jewelry pieces. After 90 days, it is $15 to reweld your piece back on. Contact to book a re-weld appointment in Rocky River. If you come to one of our pop ups to get your jewelry re-welded, there will never be a charge! We prefer that :)

If you no longer have your piece of jewelry, you will have to purchase a new chain.

Not a problem! Just use a pair of scissors and make sure to cut it where the jump ring is (the part where we welded the bracelet together). Hold onto your piece and schedule an appointment at anytime to get it put back on for $15 :). If you do not cut it at the jump ring, we will have to create a new bracelet for you and it will be full price.

14k gold filled pieces can be shined back up with a jewelry cloth if needed:) Sterling silver will never "tarnish" on you, but the color can blacken depending on your body's PH balance. If this happens, you can shine it back up by using sterling silver cleaner, a jewelry cloth, or a toothbrush and warm water. If you are prone to sterling silver blackening on your body's skin, we recommend getting sterling silver.

Nope! We have done babies as young as 6 months. With that said, we have the right to turn down putting permanent jewelry on any child that seems like or tells us they do not want it ( no matter how much the parents do and yes, this happens). For safety reasons, we will also turn down any child, no matter the age, that is unable to sit still during the process for safety reasons with the welding machine.

The longevity of your jewelry depends on each person individually. It can last months to years with proper care!

While other jewelry is most commonly made with gold plated materials, our chains and charms are 14k gold filled. 14k gold filled jewelry has 100x more real gold than gold plated, resulting in our chains lasting months to years longer than gold plated chains, which tarnish extremely fast.

I have a studio within to my house, so for safety reasons, I do not share the address until after the appointment is booked! No walk ins.
